Clifford Jones Timber has provided high quality timber products for the construction of industrial, commercial and domestic landscapes for over 60 years. As a Saw Mill, the waste wood produced is wet material. The system is designed to operate with wood fuel of maximum moisture content of 45%, with average moisture of 30% expressed as a percentage of the total weight.

H G Timber Ltd has been producing timber products since 1945. Over many years the company has grown, developed and adapted to become one of the UK leading suppliers of specialised timber products. A 980kW Ranheat boiler was installed to enable the energy from their wood waste to run two kilns and heat the production area, reducing their carbon footprint and saving around 220 tons of C02 every year.
Integral Surface Designs is a new start-up Company specialising in acrylic, vinyl-wrapped and PVC edged doors, as well as related items such as toilet cubicles and shop fitting accessories. Ranheat supplied and installed a 300 kW Boiler based wood-waste burning equipment with a new design 60kW economiser to produce a total output of 360kW, a 50 m3 conical bottom silo, 4m diameter, twin rotary valves and transport screw in November 2012.
The Rowlinson Group was formed in the 1920’s and the group now comprises of four subsidiary companies, which include Rowlinson Timber, Baltic Connexions and Rowlinson Garden Products and Rowlinson Packaging. Nabru Limited manufactures and retails their own line of sofas and sofa beds, which they principally sell via the internet. They installed a Ranheat 300kW boiler with a hydraulic bunker silo and interconnection with their existing heating systems.
