980kW Wood Burning Equipment with Ceramic Flue Gas Filter

In March 2013, Ranheat Engineering installed a 980 kW Boiler based wood burning equipment, with a 4.0m diameter 50 m3 conical bottom silo, a Ranheat step grate and automatic de-ashing. Automatic Tube cleaning system based on compressed air at 8 bar including air compressor and included a transfer system from their hogger to silo.
Rowlinsons are also the first customer to have our new “Ceramic Flue Gas Filter” installed so that the Company is prepared for the future changes to legislation and participation onto the RHI Scheme.
All installed into a purpose made building to house the boiler and a heating scheme consisting of 8 Sabiana AC69 unit heaters, providing spot heating to 6 areas in the main factory and underground heating mains from the kiln area.
